The Three A’s of Aging

I’m fairly certain it’s safe to say that we’ve all been there. You know, that moment when you realize you can’t stay up as late as you once could and not pay for it the next day. As we age, our balance, flexibility and capabilities are changing. And that’s ok. What’s important is that we remember it’s not only how we accept these changes, but certainly how we develop the positive attitudes to choose to deal with these life changes. Life, after all, is truly all about our choices.
